Common questions

How do I track my delivery?+

Open the tracking link shared with you by the sender. It shows the current status and each milestone from pickup to drop-off, and updates as the delivery progresses.

My tracking link says it isn't available. What now?+

Links can expire or be revoked. Ask the sender to share a new tracking link for your delivery.

Where is Karryo available?+

Karryo is starting in Owerri, with Aba next. Coverage will expand from there.

How do I become a rider?+

Sign up in the Karryo rider app and complete a quick verification. That is the step that lets you start accepting deliveries.

I run a business, how do I send deliveries?+

Reach out through business support. Our team will set up your business account so you can send and track orders.
